#ServeOurSisters—Los Angeles

May 9, 2018  —  “Color Of Change invites you to #ServeOurSisters in Los Angeles on May 19, 2018.

Please join us for an afternoon of free delicious food, community, and discussion, as we #ServeOurSisters by creating care packages for women returning from incarceration.

In March, Los Angeles became the home of the first Black Women’s Brunch series, where hundreds of Black women from all walks of life came together to enjoy each other, share their stories and collaborate their ideas and insights to create a collective vision for their community. Now, here we are, in 2018 bringing that vision to life!

This will be a celebration of our unique power– but also a call to action. It’s time to build our political power and organize our communities around the issues that matter most to us. Also, this is a time to reunite and reconnect with your sisters you met at our previous Black Women’s Brunch. Didn’t make the brunch? No worries!
