Alabama’s rate is 290% higher. 
Arkansas’s rate is 220% higher. 
Georgia’s rate is 190% higher. 
Florida’s rate is is 130% higher. 
Louisiana’s rate is 380% higher. 
Mississippi’s rate is 380% higher. 
South Carolina’s rate is 220% higher. 
Texas’s rate is 165% higher. 

I’m sure that the governors of those crime-ridden states will welcome the National Guard when you send it there!
