A talking head explained the crime,
said CK’s death was big, Big Time.
The reason is, you knew his name
and now that death has grown his fame.

But school kids met their gunfire doom
that same day in their classroom.
You know you’ll never learn *their* names
and so their deaths are…just a shame.

Those murdered children had no chance
to speak, to love, to sing, to dance.
Their silence is forever
but CK’s voice will never, ever
go away, now night and day
his words are now on endless, endless, endless, endless play.

Charlie Kirk, April 2023: “I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth it to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.”
