Hollywood Fringe Mobile App Launched for the 2021 Festival!

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The Hollywood Fringe has officially launched a new mobile app for community members to access show information, purchase tickets, and organize schedules throughout the festival. With hundreds of shows to choose from both in-person and digitally this year, the app is an accessible and environmentally friendly approach for the Fringe community to stay organized, all from a smartphone.

App users can browse through all Hollywood Fringe shows and filter by category, date, or location. As users sort through the shows, they can be added to the “favorites” tab, and once tickets are purchased, shows will show up on the schedule tab.

“The pandemic and the environmental crisis has made us all rethink how we approach technology and promotion,” said Festival Director and App Developer Ben Hill. “With our new app and streaming technology, our goal is to bring the Fringe closer to our community without sacrificing trees in the process. We hope to continue to innovate new methods to make the Fringe more accessible and responsible,” Hill added.
