Final Medal Tally for TVolution HFF#18 Shows Covered
Out of the 380-plus shows presented during Hollywood Fringe Festival Show 2018, 80 were attended by chief TVolution critic, Ernest Kearney and TVolution staff: 69 of which garnered written coverage (reviews linked to titles below.) 
By Ernest Kearney — All Fringe productions achieve a ranking in one of five categories (see below); after which the site determines which of those covered are considered to be the Best of the Best. Find more about the awards announcement HERE.
PLATINUM: These are shows that are either the standouts among the standouts or shows that capture the essence of the Fringe or prove themselves unique in some way above all others.
GOLD: These are the “Oh My God!” shows, the ones that won’t disappoint.
SILVER: These are the “Wow” shows. Solid work. Solid performances. Well worth seeing.
BRONZE: The “Okay” shows. Read the reviews, then make up your own minds. If the show sparks your interest in some way, well, check it out. One man’s “Bronze” is another man’s “Gold.”
EAR WAX: Okay, villagers, we’ll all meet at the castle. Don’t forget to bring your torches and pitchforks. At midnight we march.

Editor’s Note: The Hollywood Fringe Festival 2018 officially began with the opening night party June 1. Shows ran throughout the month of June.
